Found small CSS code creating an issue.

.printinlinedoc {
    float: right;
    padding-right: 15px;
}

the correct code must be

.printinlinedoc {
    float: right;
    padding-right: 0px;
}

1. Yes, there is an option to disable the search bar in KB pages. Please view the attached file below.

2. Specify template page is yet not available.
